    How can I arrange for laundry pick up and return?

    Staying fresh with Sunday is simple! You can make a collection & delivery booking via our website by submitting an online booking or call us at 6255 4222 to arrange for your laundry pick-up and return. We have ceased operations of our mobile apps from January 2022. However, online booking is still available from our website. Our operation hours are from 10:00am to 9:00pm (Mon to Fri), 10:00am to 5:00pm (Sat) and 10:30am to 2:00pm (Sun).

    What is your turnaround time?

    Our friendly delivery representative will deliver your freshly laundered clothes within 4 days of your order collection. The turnaround time may be extended during peak season (eg. During festive seasons like Chinese New Year etc).

    Is there a minimum order amount?

    There is no minimum order amount you need to meet to stay fresh! However, we offer free pick-up and delivery services for orders above $50 (per service address). For order below $50, a transportation fee of $10 will be charged.

    Will you be able to remove all the stains from my laundry?

    You can inform our delivery representative, at the point of collection, of any specific stains that you would like us to remove. Our dedicated laundry team will examine the stain and apply the most suitable laundry method to remove the stains thoroughly. However, complete removal of stains may not always be possible.

    I have just received my cleaned clothes items. However, I’m not satisfied with the ironing of one of my shirts. Is there anything you can do for me?

    We always strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, should this happen, you may highlight this concern to our delivery team at the point of delivery. We recommend all our customers to check the items immediately upon delivery. Otherwise, an $8 transport fee will be applied on requests to pick-up/return unsatisfactory or missing items within 48 hours after delivery has been made. Any claims made after 48 hours upon delivery will not be valid.

    Do you provide curtains dismantling and put-up services?

    Yes, we provide these services all year round! However, we may temporarily halt these services during peak seasons (eg. weeks leading to Chinese New Year, Christmas) etc. You may refer to our price guide to understand more about our pricing. Do note that we do not take in rubber-backed blackout curtains and roman blinds for cleaning/washing.
